Breathing
Deep, controlled, diaphragmatic breathing activates blood circulation and awakens cells and muscles. If one follows no other recommendation, understanding how the body is designed to breathe is the most important thing. Enjoy this powerful but simple relaxation technique that aims to return breathing to its normal rhythm.
U.S. Navy SEALs use a breathing technique known as box breathing in high-stress situations to aid in stress management and overall wellness. It can clear and calm your mind, improving your focus.
