I founded Peaks Body in 2020 after researching and doing the method for myself through abdominal surgery. As a movement coach, I learned how to make pilates work for all, from beginners to athletes and anyone who wants more space and time:

Before discovering Pilates, Michelle Mola (she/her) trained and worked as a dancer for over ten years. She graduated from Juilliard with a BFA in dance. She is Pilates Kane School Apparatus & Mat Certified and advocates for endo/Chronic Illness.
