Small Group Pilates

Circuit: Machine Mat Class

  • *Class Type: The Circuit:**

    Pre-requisite: Your trainer will let you know you can join the small group program after an orientation.

    The Circuit Workout Program combines machine and mat exercises to fire up your core and clear the cobwebs from your hips. There's music to stay in the zone. Gain whole-body strength and flexibility.

    In 10 classes, you will feel a difference.

    In 20, you will see a difference.

    In 30, you transform, gaining skills to support yourself for the rest of your life.

  • Day Passes, $30, are valid for 30 days.

    Discounts are offered when you order six classes or more.

    Class Cards $150, valid for 60 days.

    The class is limited to 4 people. If you need to cancel, please be aware of our 24-hour cancellation policy. If you are a no-show, you’ll use one credit.

    — Wear grip socks and comfy gym attire to move unrestricted.

    — Tuck the shirt front into the top of your pants so the instructor can offer proper guidance.

    — Keep hair tied up away from the springs.

    — Street shoes, jewelry, scarves, hooded tops, perfume or body oil, cough drops, or gum are prohibited in class.

    → Exit the ferry, turn left on Island Ave.

    → Turn right on Trefethen Ave.

    → Immediate Left on Pleasant Ave.

    The studio is the only structure on the left side of the street w/view of Diamond Island Pass.
